(ख) दिनांक 6 जून, 1996 के साविधिक आदेश सं. 399( अ) में निम्नलिखित सीमा तक संशोधन करती है नामतः :-

उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रम सं. 7 के सामने की सारणी में कॉलम ( 2 ) , जो संस्थान के नाम से संबंधित है , में " रामकृष्णमिशन आश्रम , चंदन हजूरी रोड, पुरी , उड़ीसा-752001 " अक्षर और शब्द के स्थान पर " रामकृष्ण मिशन आश्रम , डाकखाना हातामुनिगुडा, तहसील विसाम- कटक, जिला रायगढ़ा -765020 उड़ीसा " शब्द और अक्षर प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।
[सं 110/2009/फा. सं. एन सी-274/12/2009 ] नवीन चन्द्र, निदेशक ( राष्ट्रीय समिति) का.आ. 2717(अ) . जबकि, आयकर अधिनियम , 1961 (1961 का 43 ) की धारा 35कग के स्पष्टीकरण के खण्ड ( ख ) के अंतर्गत जारी की गई भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की दिनांक 17 जून , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1462 (अ) द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार ने रामकृष्ण मिशन आश्रम , चंदन हजूरी रोड, पुरी-752001 द्वारा" रामकृष्ण मिशन इंस्टीट्यूट ( एक ग्रामीण विकास परियोजना) " की परियोजना को वित्तीय वर्ष 2008-2009 से प्रारंभ होने वाले वर्ष से तीन वर्षों की अवधि के लिए एक पात्र परियोजना अथवा स्कीम के रूप में क्रम सं. 7 पर अधिसूचित किया था;

और, जबकि, सामाजिक और आर्थिक कल्याण की अभिवृद्धि के लिए राष्ट्रीय समिति का यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि उक्त परियोजना अथवा स्कीम उपयुक्त रूप से निष्पादित की जा रही है , इस समिति ने आयकर नियमावली , 1962 के नियम 11ड के उप- नियम (5 ) के अंतर्गत उक्त परियेजना अथवा स्कीम के संस्थान के पता बदलने को विनिर्दिष्ट करती है;
इसलिए , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा आयकर अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 35 कग के स्पष्टीकरण के खण्ड ( ख ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए,

Whereas , by notification of the Government ofIndia in the Ministry of Finance (Department ofRevenue) number S.O. 1462(E) dated the 17th June, 2008 , issuedunder clause (b) of the Explanation to Section 35AC ofthe Income-tax Act , 1961 (43 of 1961 ) , the Central Government had notified at serial number 7 , "Ramakrishna Mission Institute (A rural development project) " by Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama , Chandan Hajuri Road, Puri - 752001 , Orissa, as an eligible project or scheme for a period of three years beginning with financial year2008-2009;
And, whereas, the National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare , being satisfied that the saidproject or scheme is being executed properly, made a (क) रामकृष्ण मिशन आश्रम , चंदन हजूरी रोड , पुरी , उड़ीसा-752001 द्वारा " रामकृष्ण मिशन इंस्टीट्यूट ( एक ग्रामीण विकास परियोजना ) " की परियोजना अथवा स्कीम को एक पात्र परियोजना अथवा स्कीम के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है;

(b) further amends the said notification number S.O. 399(E) dated the 6th June, 1996, to the following effect, namely:-
further recommendation under sub- rule (5) ofrule 11M of the Income-tax Rules , 1962 for specifying the said project or scheme for changing the address of the institution;
Now, therefore, the Central Government , in exercise ofthepowers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) read with clause (b) ofthe Explanation to Section 35AC of the Income-tax . Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) ,-
In the said notification, in the Table against serial number 7, in column (2) relating to name of the institution, for the letters and words "Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Chandan Hajuri Road, Puri - 752001 , Orissa " , the letters and words "Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama , P.O. Hatamuniguda, Tahsil Bissam - Cuttak, District Rayagada- 765020 , Orissa " shall be substituted.

NAVEEN CHANDRA, Director (National Committee) (a) hereby specifies the scheme or project "Ramakrishna Mission Institute (A rural development project)" , which is being carried out by Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Chandan Hajuri Road, Puri - 752001 , Orissa;
