का.आ. 2723(अ).-चाय नियमावली , 1954 के नियम 4 और 5 के साथ पठित चाय अधिनियम, 1953 ( 1953 का 29 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 31 मार्च , 2011 तक चाय बोर्ड के सदस्यों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है तथा निर्देश देती है कि भारत सरकार , वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय (चाय नियंत्रण ) की दिनांक 17 मार्च, 1954 की पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचना सं. का.नि.आ. 944 में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएंगे , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 27 और 31 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याओं और प्रविष्टियों को रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
सदस्य नियम 4 ( 1 ) (ग ) के अंतर्गत चाय एस्टेटों और बागानों तथा चाय उपजकर्ताओं का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए ।

New Delhi , the 29th October , 2009
S.O.2723 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3 ) ofsection 4 ofthe Tea Act, 1953 (29 of1953) , read with rules 4 and 5 of the Tea Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as Members ofthe Tea Board with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette up to the 31st day of March, 2011 and the following further amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Tea Control ), number S.R.O. 944, dated the 17th day of March, 1954 , namely:---
In the said notification , for serial numbers 15, 16, 17, 18 , 21 , 22, 23 , 27 and 31 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted , namely:-
