का.आ. 2724( अ ) यतः मै. मिकाडो रिअलटर्स प्राईवेट लिमिटेड ने हरियाणा राज्य के गाँव बेहरामपुर और बलोला , गुड़गाँव जिला में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक हार्डवेयर एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी संबंधित सेवाओं हेतु एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) ( जिसे एतपश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अन्तर्गत प्रस्ताव किया गया है;

0.334 और यतः केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 8 ) के अन्तर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने हरियाणा राज्य के गाँव बेहरामपुर और बलोला , जिला गुड़गाँव में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक हार्डवेयर एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी संबंधित सेवाओं हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास , प्रचालन एवं रखरखाव हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 30 अक्तूबर , 2008 को अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है;

( ii ) केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ उपर्युक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति भी गठित करती है , जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा, जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार होंगे , अर्थात्:-
1. विशेष आर्थिक जोन का विकास आयुक्त
अध्यक्ष, पदेन
-सदस्य,
पदेन 2. निदेशक अथवा उप- सचिव , भारत सरकार, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग या उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर अवर सचिव , भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा
-सदस्य, 3. विशेष आर्थिक जोन परं भू- भागीय क्षेत्राधिकारी रखने वाला संयुक्त विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशक पदेन
-सदस्य,
पदेन 4. विशेष आर्थिक जोन पर भू- भागीय क्षेत्राधिकारी रखने वाला सीमा- शुल्क अथवा केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क आयुक्त या उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा
सदस्य,
पदेन 5. विशेष आर्थिक जोन पर भू- भागीय क्षेत्राधिकारी रखने वाला आयकर आयुक्त अथवा उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा
-सदस्य,
पदेन 6. निदेशक ( बैंकिंग ) , वित्त मंत्रालय, बैंकिंग प्रभाग , भारत सरकार
-सदस्य,
पदेन 7. हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा नामित किए जाने वाले दो अधिकारी जिनका स्तर संयुक्त सचिव से कम नहीं होगा
-विशेष
आमंत्रिती 8. मै. मिकाडो रिअलटर्स प्राईवेट लिमिटेड (विकासकर्ता ) का प्रतिनिधि

( iii ) केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा दिनांक 29 अक्तूबर, 2009 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है, जिस तारीख से उपर्युक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो/ पत्तन माना जाएगा ।

New Delhi , the 29th October, 2009
S.O. 2724( E) . Whereas M/s . Mikado Realtors Private Limited, has proposed under Section 3 ofthe Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Electronic Hardware , Information Technology /Information Technology Enabled Services Sector at Village Behrampur and Balola, District Gurgaon in the State ofHaryana;
And whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub - section (8) of Section 3 of the saidAct, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub- section (10) of Section 3 of the said Act for development operation and maintenance ofthe sector specific Special Economic Zone for Electronic Hardware, Information Technology/ Information Technology Enabled Services Sector at Gurgaon, Haryana on 30th October, 2008;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 4, sub- section ( 1) of Section 13, sub - section (2) of Section 53 and sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 11 ofthe Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006:-
(i) the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Village Behrampur and Balola, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given below in the table, as a Special Economic Zone, namely :-

(iii) the Central Government hereby also appoints the 29th day ofOctober , 2009 as the date from which the above sector specific Special Economic Zone shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot/Port under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 .
