का.आ. 2733(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार संतुष्ट हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना अपेक्षित था , औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 14 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( द ) के उप-खण्ड (vi) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना दिनांक 15 मई, 2009 द्वारा भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक नोट मुद्रण लिमिटेड, मैसूर ( कर्नाटक) एवं सालबोनी ( पश्चिम बंगाल ) जो कि औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 14) की प्रथम अनुसूची की प्रविष्टि 25 में शामिल है , को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए दिनांक 15 मई, 2009 से छः मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित किया था;
S.O. 2733 (E) .-Whereas , the Central Government having been satisfied that the public interest so requires that in pursuance of the provisions of sub -clause (vi) of clause ( n) ofSection 2 ofthe Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of1947), declared by the Notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment dated 15th May, 2009 the services in the Bhartiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Limited, Mysore (Karnataka) and Salboni (WestBengal) which is covered by item 25 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 ( 14 of 1947) to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the said Act, for aperiod of six months w.e. f. 15th May, 2009;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि लोकहित में उक्त कालावधि को छः मास की और कालावधि के लिए बढ़ाया जाना अपेक्षित है;
Andwhereas , the Central Government is of opinion thatpublic interest requires the extension ofthe said period by a further period of six months;
अतः, अब, औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ढ़ ) के उप- खण्ड ( vi ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त उद्योग को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए दिनांक 15 नवम्बर, 2009 से छः मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित करती है ।
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred bythe proviso to sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of Section 2 oftheIndustrial Disputes Act, 1947 , the Central Government hereby declares the said industry to be a Public Utility Service for the purposes of the said Act, for a period of six months w.e.f. 15th November, 2009 .
