का.आ. 2737 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 68 ) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निम्नलिखित सारणी के स्तंभ ( 1 ) के तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट सेक्शन के उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट विस्तार को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण को सौंपती है ।

New Delhi , the 30th October, 2009
S.O. 2737 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act , 1988 (68 of 1988 ) , the Central Government hereby entrusts the stretches as specified in column ( 3 ) of the following Table, ofthe section as specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) ofthe said Table , of the National Highway as specified inthe corresponding entry in column ( 1 ) of the said Table, to the National Highways Authority of India .

का.आ. 2738(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1096 ( अ ) , तारीख 4 अगस्त , 2005 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में क्रम संख्यांक 7 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
गुजरात राज्य सरकार । " "7 राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 6 [ 29.100 कि.मी. से 4.740 कि.मी. ( हजीरा से सूरत ) और 7.325 कि.मी. से 103.149 कि.मी. ( सूरत से महाराष्ट्र गुजरात सीमा ) को छोड़कर , सं. 8क [ 183.500 कि.मी. से 362.160 कि.मी. ( गांधीधाम से समख्याली से बामनबोर ) को छोड़कर ] , सं. 8 ग , सं. 8घ , सं. 8ङ , सं. 15 [ समख्याली से राधनपुर सेक्शन को छोड़कर ] सं. 59 , सं. 113 और 228 का उतना भाग जितना गुजरात राज्य में स्थित है ।

पाद टिप्पण. मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में संख्यांक का.आ. 1096( अ ) , तारीख 4 अगस्त , 2005 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और अंतिम बार संख्यांक का.आ. 2225 ( अ ) तारीख 2 सितम्बर , 2009 द्वारा संशोधन किया गया ।
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th October , 2009
S.O. 2738 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 ofthe National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ), number S.O. 1096 (E ) , dated the 4th August , 2005 , namely :-
In the Schedule to the said notification , for serial number 7 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely :---

" So much of National Highways No. 6 [ excluding from km . 29.100 to km. 4.740 (Hazira to Surat ) and km. 7.325 to km . 103.149 (Surat to Maharastra/Gujarat Border) ], No. 8A [ excluding fromkm . 183.500 to km. 362.160 ( section from Gandhidham to Samakhyali to Bamanbore) ] , No. 8C , No. 8D, No. 8E, No. 15 [ excluding the Section Samakhyali to Radhanpur ] , No. 59, No. 113 and No. 228 as are situated within the State of Gujarat .
