का.आ. 2741 (अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा आयुक्त, सीमा शुल्क, विशाखापट्टनम को आयुक्त, सीमा- शुल्क कोलकाता को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करने और सौंपे गए कर्त्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने हेतु सामान्य न्यायनिर्णयन प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए नियुक्त करता है । ताकि वे आयुक्त, सीमा शुल्क विशाखापट्टनम और आयुक्त, सीमा- शुल्क कोलकाता द्वारा फा. सं. एस- 2-09/2009- एसआईआईबी , दिनांक 25-5-2009 और फा. सं. एस-22/20/2008 - एसआईआईबी और फा. सं. एस-22/18/2008 - एसवीसी , दिनांक 14-10-2008 , द्वारा मैसर्स जय बालाजी इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड , 5 बेन्टिक स्ट्रीट , प्रथम तल , कोलकाता-700001 को जारी कारण बताओ नोटिस से संबंधित मामलों का न्यायनिर्णयन कर सके ।

S.O. 2741 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of Section 4 and sub - section ( 1) of

Section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs , Visakhapatnam to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the Commissioner of Customs , Kolkata for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notices issued vide F.No. S-2-09/2009- SIIB and S - 2/ 10/ 2009 both dated 25-5-2009 and F.No. S -22/20/ 2008 - SIIB and F.No. S-22/ 18/2008 - SVC both dated 14-10-2008 vide No. 45/2008 pertaining to M/ s . एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा संयुक्त आयुक्त, सीमा- शुल्क केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सेवाकर, हैदराबाद- II , निम्नलिखित को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करने और सौंपे गए कर्त्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने हेतु सामान्य न्यायनिर्णयन प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए नियुक्तकरता है :
(1) आयुक्त सीमा- शुल्क ( एयर कार्गो-आयात) , चैन्ने;
(ii) आयुक्त सीमा शुल्क ( पोर्ट-आयात ) , चैन्ने और ताकि वे अपर महानिदेशक राजस्व आसूचना निदेशालय , दिल्ली आंचलिक ईकाई , नई दिल्ली द्वारा डी आर आई फा. सं. 856( 41 ) एल डी एच/2005 दिनांक 29 सितम्बर, 2007 को मैसर्स जिंदल फाइन इंडस्ट्रीज , धनडारी कलां , कैम्पा कोला लेन , लुधियाना , डी-51 , फोकल पाइंट , फेज-5 , लुधियाना एवं अन्यों को जारी कारण बताओ नोटिस से संबंधित मामलों का न्यायनिर्णयन कर सके ।
