का.आ. 2797(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयाग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2013 ( अ ) , तारीख 6 अगस्त, 2009 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 6 अगस्त , 2009 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,-
(क) जिला " अम्बाला " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने , तालुक " 3 नारायणगढ " के सामने , स्तंभ ( 5 ) में , प्रविष्टि " चुतान " के के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " चतान " रखी जाएंगी ;
(ख) जिला " पंचकुला " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने , तालुक " पंचकुला " के सामने , स्तंभ (5 ) में,
( i ) प्रविष्टि " बिड फिरोजी " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " बिड फिरोजड़ी " रखी जाएगी ;
( ii ) प्रविष्टि " ( 20 ) माजरी " के पश्चात् प्रविष्टि " ( 21 ) बीड घग्गर " रखी जाएगी।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 3rd November , 2009
S.O. 2797 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (46 of1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2013 (E) , dated the 6th August, 2009 , published in the Gazette ofIndia, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section (ii) , dated the 6th August, 2009 , namely: -
Inthe Schedule to the said notification , - -
(a) against serial number 2 relating to District " Ambala " , against Taluk " 3. Narayangar " , in column (5), for the entry "Chutan " , the entry " Chatan " , shall be substituted ;
(b) against serial number 3 relating to District "Panchkula ", against Taluk " Panchkula " in column ( 5) , (i) for the entry " Bid Firoji ", the entry "Bid Firojadi " shall be substituted;
( ii) after entry " (20 ) Majari " , the entry " ( 21 ) Beed Ghaggar " shall be substituted.
