का.आ. 2828(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए विशेष जिला राजस्व अधिकारी , वेल्लोर को तमिलनाडु राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 4 के 86.450 कि.मी. से 106.630 कि.मी. तक के भूखण्ड के संबंध में उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग का निर्माण ( चौड़ा करने/छह लेन का बनाने आदि ) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 4th November, 2009
S.O. 2828 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 ofthe National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the special District Revenue Officer , Vellore, as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , in respect of stretch of land from Km.86.450 to Km . 106.630 ofthe National HighwayNo. 4 for building (widening/six laning , etc.), maintenance, management and operation of the said National Highway, in the State of Tamil Nadu as specified in the Schedule given below .
