का.आ. 2836(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) , की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2126 (अ ) , तारीख 28 अगस्त, 2008 , का उन संबंधित बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रमण करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व कर लिया गया है अथवा करने से लोप कर दिया गया है , विशेष भूमि अर्जन अधिकारी , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग , बंगलौर को कर्नाटक राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 7 के 524.720 कि.मी. से 556.840 कि.मी. तक के भूखण्ड के संबंध में उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग का निर्माण (चौड़ा/उन्नयन करने आदि) , अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 4th November , 2009
S.O. 2836 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ), number S.O. 2126 (E ) , dated the 28th August, 2008, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby authorizes the Special Land Acquisition Officer, National Highways , Bangalore , as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , in respect of the stretch of land from Km 524.720 to Km 556.840 of the National Highway No. 7 for building (widening/ upgradation , etc.) , maintenance , managernent and operation of the said National Highway in the State ofKarnataka, as specified in the Schedule given below.
