का.नि.आ. 16(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , सशस्त्र बल अधिकरण अधिनियम, 2007 (2007 का 55 ) की धारा 5 की उप - धारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 9 नवम्बर , 2009 से लखनऊ में सशस्त्र बल अधिकरण की न्यायपीठ को अधिसूचित करती है , जिसकी अधिकारिता उत्तर प्रदेश , उत्तराखण्ड, छत्तीसगढ़ और मध्य प्रदेश राज्यों की राज्यक्षेत्रीय सीमाओं के भीतर होगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 5th November, 2009
S.R.O. 16(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 5 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 (55 of 2007 ) , the Central Governinent hereby notifies the Bench ofthe Armed Forces Tribunal at Lucknow with effect from 9th day of November , 2009 , which shall have jurisdiction within the territorial limits of the State ofUttar Pardesh , Uttarakhand , Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh .
