का.आ. 2849(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , प्रेस परिषद् अधिनियम , 1978 ( 1978 का 37 ) की धारा 6 की उप - धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित धारा की उप- धारा ( 5 ) के अनुसरण में , भारतीय प्रेस परिषद् के सदस्य के रूप में नामनिर्दिष्ट श्री प्रकाश जावडेकर, संसद सदस्य, राज्य सभा का नाम अधिसूचित करती है और उक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार के सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 39 ( अ ) , तारीख 7 जनवरी , 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में " संसद सदस्य [ धारा 5 की उप- धारा (3 ) के खंड (ङ) के अधीन नामनिर्दिष्ट ] " शीर्षक के अधीन क्रम संख्यांक 27 और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

NewDelhi , the 5th November, 2009
S.O. 2849(E).--In pursuance of sub - section (5) of Section 5 read with sub-section (6) of Section 6 of the PressCouncil Act , 1978 (37 of 1978 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby notifies the name of Shri Prakash Javadekar , Member ofParliament, Rajya Sabha, nominated as member to the Press Council of India, and for the said purpose makes the following amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, number S.O.39(E) , dated the 7th January , 2008, namely:-
In the said notification , under the heading "Members of Parliament [nominated under clause (e) of sub- section (3 ) of Section 5 ] " , for serial number 27 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely :--
