S.O. 2851 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1 ) ofSection 210A ofthe Companies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affair, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 21st July, 2009 vide number S.O. 1800(E) dated 21st July, 2009, namely:-- का.आ..2851(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , कम्पनी अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) की धारा 210क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार , कॉर्पोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय की अधिसूविना, जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , तारीख 21 जुलाई, 2009 में सं. का.आ. 1800( अ) तारीख 21 जुलाई, 2009 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
Inthe said notification , against Serial No. (5), for the entry "Nominee of the Reserve Bank of India" , the entry "Shri P. Vijay Bhaskar, Chief General Manager- in -charge , Reserve Bank of India" shall be substituted.
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्यांक ( 5 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि " भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के नामनिर्देशिती " के स्थान पर " श्री पी. विजय भास्कर, मुख्य महाप्रबंधक- भारसाधक, भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।
