का.आ. 2852(अ).-दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/केन्द्र सरकार का दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 की धारा 11 - क के अन्तर्गत मुख्य योजना/जोन-जी की क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई अपत्ति हो अथवा कोई सुझाव देना हो , तो वह अपनी आपत्ति/ सुझाव इस सूचना की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के अन्दर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव, दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी ' ब्लॉक , विकास सदन , नई दिल्ली -110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकता है । आपत्ति करने अथवा सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दें ।
संशोधन:
"मादीपुर, नई दिल्ली (जोन ' जी ' ) में 8.44 एकड़ ( 3.41 हैक्टेयर ) के भू- खंड, जो उत्तर में प्राथमिक विद्यालय और आवासीय फ्लैटों, दक्षिण में आवासीय फ्लैटों, पूर्व में फ्लैटों और प्राथमिक विद्यालय, पश्चिम में विद्यालय और खुले स्थलों से घिरा हुआ है, के भूमि उपयोग को' आवासीय' से ' सार्वजनिक एवं अर्ध- सार्वजनिक उपयोग ( अस्पताल ) ' में परिवर्तित किए जाने का प्रस्ताव है । "
प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उक्त अवधि के दौरान सभी कार्य दिवसों में संयुक्त निदेशक ( मुख्य योजना ) , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण, छठा तल , विकास मीनार , आई. पी. एस्टेट, नई दिल्ली में उपलब्ध रहेगा ।

PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi , the 6th November , 2009
S.O. 2852 (E ) . The following modification which the Delhi Development Authority /Central Government proposes to make to the Master Plan/Zonal Development Plan for Zone - G under Section 11A ofDD Act, 1957 is hereby published for public information . Any person having any objection or suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send the objection/ suggestion in writing to the Principal Commissioner - cum- Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, ' B' Block, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi- 110023 within a period of thirty days from the date ofthis notice . The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his/her name and address .
Modification :
"It is proposed to change the land use of plot measuring 8.44 acres (3.41 hac . ) in Madipur, New Delhi (Zone ' G' ) bounded by Primary School and residential flats in the North , Residential flats in the South , Flats and Primary School in the East, Schools and open spaces in the West from Residential ' to ' Public & Semi Public Use (Hospital) . "
The plan indicating the proposed modification is available for inspection at the office of Jt . Director (MP), Delhi Development Authority , 6th Floor, Vikas Minar , J. P. Estate, New Delhi on all working days during the period referred above .
