सा.का.नि. 802(अ)-केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की उप- धारा 132 के साथ पठित धारा 124 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , मुरगांव पत्तन के न्यासी मण्डल द्वारा बनाए गए और इस अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में निर्दिष्ट मुरगांव पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी ( आंवास का आबंटन) संशोधन विनियम, 2009 का अनुमोदन करती है ।
2. उक्त विनियम , सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।

विनियम , 2009
महापत्तनन्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 124 के साथ पठित धारा 28 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , मुरगांव पत्त्न न्यास का न्यासी मण्डल , मुरगांव पत्तन कर्मचारी ( आवास के आबंटन ) विनियम , 1987 में और संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है , यथा: - ( 1) इन विनियमों को " मुरगांव पत्तन कर्मचारी , ( आवास का आबंटन ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम, 2009 " कहा जाएगा ।
( 2 ) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
3. मुरगांव पत्तन कर्मचारी ( आवास का आबंटन ) विनियम , 1987 के विनियम 15ख ( ii ) (क) तथा ( iii ) में सारणी के दूसरे कॉलम के शब्दोंको निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए : -

( ii ) ( क) सेवानिवृत्ति सेवान्त छुट्टी
सामान्य लाइसेंस शुल्क पर 2 माह तथा दुगुने सामान्य लाइसेंस शुल्क पर और 2 माह । चिकित्सा/शिक्षा आधार पर सामान्य लाइसेंस का चौगुना शुल्क पर आगे 2 माह अवरोधन । बाद में छः गुना सामान्य लाइसेंस शुल्क पर दो माह।
अंतिम स्थान पर यदि उसके आश्रित के पास खुद का मकान नहीं है तो 2 वर्ष

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th November, 2009
G.S.R. 802(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of Section 124 read with sub - section 132 ofthe Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ), the Central Govemment hereby approves the Mormugao Port Employees ' (Allotment ofResidences) Amendment Regulations , 2009 made by the Board of Trustees for the Port of Mormugao and set out in the Schedule annexed to this notification .
2. The said regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
SCHEDULE
Mormugao Port Employees ' ( Allotment of Residences) Regulations , 2009
Inexercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 read with Section 124 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 ( 38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of the Port of Mormugao hereby makes the following Regulations further to amend Mormugao Port Employees' (Allotment of Residences) Regulations , 1987, namely :
(1) These Regulations may be called the " Mormugao Port Employees ' (Allotment of Residences) (Amendment) Regulations , 2009 " .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette .
3. In theMormugao Port Employees ' (Allotment of Residences ) Regulations, 1987 , in regulation 15b( ii)( a) and ( iii) substitute the words in the second column of the Table as follows :-

(ii) (a) Retirement , terminal leave 2 months on normal licence fee and another 2 months on double the normal licence fee . On medical/education grounds--further retention 2 months on four times the normal licence fee . Subsequent 2 months on six times the normal licence fee .
(iii) Death
2 years if the deceased or his /her dependant does not own a house at the last station.
