पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय (पत्तन पक्ष) अधिसूचना

सा.का.नि. 804(अ) .-महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 के अधिनियम सं. 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 6 ) और धारा 10 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकार प्रयुक्त करके , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा , उप- सचिव ( पी डी- डब्ल्यू) , पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय को निदेशक ( इंजीनियरिंग ) , विकास स्कंध के स्थान पर दिनांक 31 मार्च , 2010 तक कोचीन पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार के पहले के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पोत परिवहन विभाग , पत्तन स्कंध की दिनांक 2 मई, 2008 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. सं. 332 ( अ. ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
" क्रम सं. 6 में उल्लिखित शब्दों, निदेशक ( इंजीनियरिंग ) , विकास स्कंध को उप- सचिव ( पी डी- डब्ल्यू) शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जाए " ।

MINISTRY OF SHIPPING (PORTS WING) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 9th November, 2009
G.S.R. 804(E) .-In exercise of powers conferredby Sub-section( 1) read with Sub - section (6) of Section 3 and Sub-section (2) of Section 10 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ), the Central Government hereby appoints Deputy Secretary (PD - W), Ministry of Shipping as a trustee on the Board of Trustees in the Cochin Port Trust vice Director (Engg.)Development Wing , upto 31st March, 2010 and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highway , Department of Shipping ( Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 332 (E) , dated 2nd May, 2008:-
"Against serial number 6 for the words Director (Engineering) , Development Wing the words Deputy Secretary (PD- W) shall be substituted" .
