का.नि.आ. 17(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, सशस्त्र बल अधिकरण अधिनियम, 2007 (2007 का 55 ) की धारा 5 की उप- धारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 16 नवम्बर , 2009 से चंडीगढ़ में सशस्त्र बल अधिकरण की न्यायपीठ को अधिसूचित करती है , जिसकी अधिकारिता पंजाब , हरियाणा , जम्मू एवं कश्मीर और हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्यों तथा संघ राज्य क्षेत्र चंडीगढ़ की राज्यक्षेत्रीय सीमाओं के भीतर होगी ।

New Delhi , the 10th November,2009
S.R.O. 17(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (4) of Section 5 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 (55 of 2007) , the CentralGovernment hereby notifies the Bench of the Armed Forces Tribunal at Chandigarh with effect from 16th day ofNovember, 2009, which shall have jurisdiction within the territorial limits of the States of Punjab , Haryana , Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and the Union Territory ofChandigarh.
