का.आ. 2864(अ). रेलवे अधिनियम , 1989 ( 1989 का 24) की धारा 2 के खंड ( 7ए) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुपालन में और 25 फरवरी , 2008 के सं. का.आ. 393 ( अ ) के अधिक्रमण में , सिवाय ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले जो संबंधित कार्य हो चुके हैं अथवा जिन्हें करने से छोड़ दिया गया , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा उप- मुख्य इंजीनियर, रेल सवारी डिब्बा कारखाना/ राय बरेली , लखनऊ को सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से उपरोक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के राय बरेली जिले में राय बरेली की विशेष रेल परियोजना के संदर्भ में " राय बरेली में एक नए रेल कोच कारखाने की स्थापना " के निष्पादन , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंधन और परिचालन के लिए एक सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य निष्पादन हेतु प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th November, 2009
S.O. 2864(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and in supersession of the number S.O. 393 (Ε), dated the 25th February, 2008 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby authorizes the Deputy Chief Engineer, Rail Coach Factory, Rae Bareli , Lucknow to perform the functions of competent authority in respect of the Special Railway Project of Rae Bareli " Setting up of a new Rail Coach Factory at Rae Bareli" for execution , maintenance , management and operation in the District Rae Bareli in the State of Uttar Pradesh under the saidAct with effect from the date of publication of this notification inthe Official Gazette .
