का.आ. 2865(अ). विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) , की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियमावली , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा मैं. इंडियाबुल्ज इन्डस्ट्रियल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड द्वारा महाराष्ट्र राज्य के ग्राम मुसंलगाँव और गुलवन्च, तालुक सिन्नार , जिला नासिक में एक बहु - उत्पाद विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, वाणिज्य विभाग की दिनांक 27 अक्तूबर , 2009 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2707 ( अ ) में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
भाग ( iii ) में " क्षेत्र विशिष्ट " के स्थान पर " बहु -उत्पाद विशेष" पढ़ा जाए

New Delhi , the 10th November, 2009
S.O. 2865 (E) .-The Central Government, in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry , Department of Commerce , number S.O. No. 2707 (E) , dated 27th October, 2009 for setting up of a multi -product SEZat villages Musalgaon and Gulvanch , Taluka Sinnar , District Nasik , Maharashtra by M/ s . Indiabulls Industrial Infrastructure Limited, namely:-
In Section ( iii ) , for the words " sector specific" , the words " multi -product" shall be substituted.
