(i ) सारणी के कॉलम 2 में " क्रम सं. 1 , 2 , 3 और 4 के लिए" 20/3 " की जगह " 203 " पढ़ी जाए । "
(ii) सारणी के कॉलम 2 में " क्रम सं. 1 और 2 के लिए " 1.4.2004 " की जगह " 12.4.2006 " पढ़ी जाए । "
( iii ) सारणी के कॉलम 2 में " क्रम सं. 3 और 4 के लिए " 1.4.2004" की जगह " 18.4.2006 " पढ़ी जाए । "

(1) in Serial number 1 , 2, 3 and 4 of column 2 ofthe Table , for " 20/3 " read " 203 " .
(ii) in Serial number 1 and 2 of column 2 of the Table, for " 1.4.2004 " read " 12.4.2006 " ; and
(iii) in Serial number 3 and 4 of column 2 of the Table , for " 1-4-2004 " read " 18.4.2006" .
