का.आ. 2876(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम, 2005 ( 2005 का 42 ) की धारा 6 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में संख्यांक का.आ. 1 ( अ ) , तारीख जनवरी , 2009 द्वारा प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्यांक 7 के सामने , स्तंभ (3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
" 100.00 रुपए । हिमाचल प्रदेश के अनुसूचित जनजाति क्षेत्रों में न्यूनतम मजदूरी से 25 प्रतिशत वृद्धि लागू होगी । "

टिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड (ii ) , तारीख 1 जनवरी , 2009 में संख्यांक का.आ. 1 ( अ) , तारीख 1 जनवरी , 2009 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और संख्यांक का.आ. 1387 ( अ ) , तारीख 1 जून , 2009 द्वारा उसका अंतिम संशोधन किया गया ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th November , 2009
S.O. 2876 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 6 of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (42 of2005) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Rural Development, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vidę number S.O. 1 (E) , dated the 1st January, 2009, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Schedule , against Sl . No. 7, for the entry in Column (3 ) , the following entry shall be substituted, namely :--
"Rs . 100.0025% increase shall be applicable over and above the minimum wages in the Scheduled Tribal Areas in Himachal Pradesh . "

Note : The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , dated the 1st January, 2009 vide number S.O. 1 (E) , dated the 1st January, 2009 and last amended vide number S.O. 1387(E) , dated 1st June , 2009 .

का.आ. 2877 (अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय उप -पैरा ( ix ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , सरकार की स्कीमों में सम्मिलित किया जाए, अर्थात्:- ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 42 ) की अनुसूची -1 के पैरा 1 के राज्य सरकारों के परामर्श से यह अधिसूचित करती है कि निम्नलिखित कार्यों को राज्य
ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर ग्राम ज्ञान संसाधन केंद्र और ग्राम पंचायत भवन के रूप में भारत निर्माण राजीव गांधी सेवा केंद्र का संनिर्माण ।

In exercise of the powers conferredby sub - paragraph ( ix) of paragraph 1 of Schedule- I of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act . 2005 (42 of 2005 ) , the Central Government , in consultation with the State Government , hereby notifies the following work to be included in the Schemes of the State Government , namely :----
Construction of Bharat Nirman Rajiv Gandhi Sewa Kendra as Village Knowledge Resource Centre and Gram Panchayat Bhawan at gram panchayat level .
