सा.का.नि. 819 ( अ ) -भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियमावली , 1954 के नियम 4 के उप - नियम ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियमावली , 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) तीसरा संशोधन विनियमावली , 2009 होगा ।
(2) ये विनियम शासकीय राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियमावली, 1955 की अनुसूची में " जम्मू और कश्मीर " शीर्षक और उसके नीचे आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्
जम्मूऔर कश्मीर

G.S.R. 819 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 , (LXI of 1951 ) read with sub - rules ( 1 ) and (2 ) of Rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Cadre) Rules , 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Jammu and Kashmir hereby makes the following regulations futher to amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Third Amendment Regulations , 2009.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955 , under the heading " JAMMU AND KASHMIR " for the entries occurring there under , the following shall be substituted namely :-

G.S.R. 820(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 , ( 61 of 1951 ) the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Jammu and Kashmir hereby makes the following rules futher to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules , 2007 , namely :-
1. ( i ) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Fourth Amendment Rules , 2009.
(ii ) They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay) Rules , 2007:-
In " Schedule II -A posts carrying pay above the time scale of pay of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments" , in the table , for the entry " JAMMU AND KASHMIR " occurring in the first column and corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted namely :---
