सा.का.नि. 825 (अ).- राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राजस्व विभाग , स्वापक नियंत्रण ब्यूरो ( आसूचना अधिकारी ) भर्ती नियम 1996 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्: - 1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम राजस्व विभाग , स्वापक नियंत्रण ब्यूरो ( आसूचना अधिकारी ) संशोधन भर्ती नियम , 2009 है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. राजस्व विभाग , स्वापक नियंत्रण ब्यूरो ( आसूचना अधिकारी ) भर्ती नियम, 1996 कीअनुसूची में, -
(i ) स्तंभ 8 के अधीन " 20 से 28 वर्ष " अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " 20 से 27 वर्ष के बीच " अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
( ii ) स्तंभ 13 के अधीन , टिप्पण और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा; और
(iii ) स्तंभ 14 के अधीन , " सीधे भर्ती करते समय संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श आवश्यक है " शब्दों से संबंधी प्रविष्टि हटा दी जाएगी और " सीधे भर्ती करते समय कर्मचारी चयन आयोग से परामर्श करना आवश्यक है " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th November , 2009
G.S.R. 825 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Department of Revenue , Narcotics Control Bureau ( Intelligence Officer) Recruitment Rules , 1996, namely :--
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Department of Revenue , Narcotics Control Bureau ( Intelligence Officer) Amendment Recruitment Rules , 2009 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to this Department of Revenue Narcotics Control Bureau ( Intelligence Officer) Recruitment Rules , 1996,-
(i) under column 6, for this figures and words "20 to 28 years " , the words and figures " Between 20 to 27 years " shall be substituted ;
(ii) under column 13 , the Note and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; and
(iii) for the entries under column 14, the entry words " consultation with UPSC necessary while making Direct Recruitment " shall be deleted and words " Consultation with SSC necessary while making Direct Recruitment " shall be substituted.
