का.आ. 2888(अ) . भारतीय समुद्रतटीय क्षेत्र ( विदेशी जलयानों द्वारा मत्स्यन पर विनियंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1981 ( 1981 का 42) की धारा 2 के खंड ( एम ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय , कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग में, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II, खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 10 मई, 1982 के संख्या का.आ. 314 (अ ) और खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग मंत्रालय के 25 नवम्बर, 1993 की सं. का.आ. 893 ( अ ) और दिनांक 13 जनवरी , 1997 की सं. का.आ. 40(अ ) के अधिक्रमण में, केन्द्र सरकार , ओखा, पोरबंदर, मुम्बई, न्यूमंगलौर, गोवा, कोचीन , तुतिकोरिन , मंडपम , चैन्नई, विशाखापटनम, पारादीप , हल्दिया , पोर्ट ब्लेयर, कोलकाता , पुदुचेरी और काकिनाडा के निर्दिष्ट पत्तनों को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए विनिर्दिष्ट पत्तन निर्धारित करती है ।

S.O. 2888 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (m) of section 2 of the Maritime Zones of India (Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels) Act , 1981 (42 of 1981 ) and in supersession of the Notifications of the Gov- ernment of India in Ministry of Agriculture , Department of Agriculture and Cooperation , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part- II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii ), vide number S.O. 314(E), dated the 10th May , 1982 , Ministry of Food Processing Industries vide number S.O. 893 (E) , dated the 25th November, 1993 and number S.O. 40(E) , dated the 13th January, 1997, the Central Government hereby speci- fiesthe ports ofOkha, Porbander, Mumbai , New Mangalore, Goa , Cochin , Tuticorin , Mandapam , Chennai , Visakhapatnam , Paradeep , Haldia, Port Blair, Kolkata , Puducherry and Kakinada as specified ports for the purposes of the said Act.
