का.आ. 2897(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 (1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 939 ( अ ) , तारीख 9 अप्रैल , 2009 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खंड ( ii ) , तारीख 9 अप्रैल , 2009 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:--
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,
(क) जिला शाहजहाँपुर " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने, स्तंभ ( 7 ) में, प्रविष्टि " ( 7 ) बतलैया " के पश्चात्प्रविष्टि " ( 7ए ) हथोडा बुजर्ग " अंतःस्थापित कीजाएगी;
(ख) जिला सीतापुर " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 5 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 7 ) में , प्रविष्टि " ( 8 ) महोली " के पश्चात् प्रविष्टि " ( 8 ए ) अढौरी " अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th November , 2009
S.O. 2897(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department ofRoad Trans- port and Highways) , number S.O. 939 ( E) , dated the 9th April , 2009 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part - II , Section 3 , Sub -section ( ii) , dated the 9thApril , 2009 , namely :---
Inthe Schedule to the said notification ,-
(a) against serial number 2 relating to District " Shahjahanpur " , in column (7) , after entry "(7) Batlaiyya " , the entry "(7a) Hathouda Buzurg " shall be inserted;
(b) against serial number 5 relating to District "Sitapur " , in column (7 ) , after entry "( 8) Maholi " , the entry " ( 8 a) Adhouri " shall be inserted .
