का.नि.आ. 18(अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सशस्त्र बल अधिकरण अधिनियम , 2007 (2007 का 55 ) की धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 23 नवम्बर , 2009 से कोलकाता में सशस्त्र बल अधिकरण की न्यायपीठ को अधिसूचित करती है, जिसकी अधिकारिता पश्चिम बंगाल , बिहार , झारखण्ड और उड़ीसा राज्यों तथा संघ राज्यक्षेत्र अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीपसमूह की राज्यक्षेत्रीय सीमाओं के भीतर होगी ।

New Delhi , the 18th November, 2009
S.R.O. 18 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (4) of Section 5 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act , 2007 ( 55 of 2007) , the Central Government hereby notifies the Bench ofthe Armed Forces Tribunal at Kolkatawith effect from 23rd day of November, 2009 , which shall have jurisdiction within the territorial limits of the States of West Bengal, Bihar , Jharkhand and Orissa and the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands .
