सं. 26/2009 केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( गै . टै. ) सा.का.नि. 830(अ).-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियमावली , 2002 के नियम 12 के उप- नियम (2 क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट होकर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक और सामयिक है , निम्नलिखित माल, नामशः:-
(i ) दरसूची मद सं. 2403 10 31 के अंतर्गत आने वाले बिना मशीन की सहायता से विनिर्मित बीड़ी
(ii ) शीर्षक 3605 के अंतर्गत आने वाले बिजली की सहायता के बिना विनिर्मित माचिस
( iii ) शीर्षक 6810 के अंतर्गत आने वाले प्रबलित सीमेंट कंक्रीट पाइपों
का विनिर्माण करने वाले निर्धारितियों को वार्षिक स्थापित क्षमता विवरण प्रस्तुत करने से छूट प्रदान करती है ।

टिप्पण:-मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( i ) में अधिसूचना सं. 4/2002 केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( गै . टै. ) , दिनांक 1 मार्च , 2002 में सा.का.नि. 143 ( अ) , दिनांक 1 मार्च , 2002 के तहत प्रकाशित किए गए थे और उनमें अंतिम संशोधन भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( i ) में सा.का.नि. 482( अ ) , दिनांक 7 जुलाई , 2009 के तहत प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं. 17/2009- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क (गै. टै. ) , दिनांक 7 जुलाई , 2009 के तहत किया गया था ।

No. 26/2009 Central Excise (N.T. )
G.S.R. 830(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (b) of sub - rule (2A) of Rule 12 ofthe Central Excise Rules , 2002, the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest so todo, hereby exempts the assessees , from the submission of the Annual Installed Capacity Statement , who manufacture the following goods , namely:-
(i) biris , manufactured without the aid of machines falling under tariff item 2403 1031
( ii) matches manufactured without the aid of power falling under heading 3605
(iii) reinforced cement concrete pipes falling under heading 6810.

Note: The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (i ) vide notification No. 4/2002 - Central Excise(N.T. ) , dated the 1st March , 2002 , G.S.R. 143 (E) , dated the 1st March, 2002 , and were last amended by notification No. 17 /2009 -Central Excise (N.T. ) , dated the 7th July , 2009 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section ( i) vide G.S.R. 482 (E) , dated the 7th July, 2009 .
