का.आ. 2942 (अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, जल ( प्रदूषण निवारण और नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम, 1974 ( 1974 का 6 ) की धारा 3 और धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1621 ( अ ) , तारीख 27 सितम्बर , 2006 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना में,
(i ) क्र. सं. 12 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

New Delhi , the 18th November , 2009
S.O. 2942 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 and sub - section (6) of section 5 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (6 of 1974), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 1621 (E), dated 27th September , 2006, namely :---
In the said notification , -
(i) for serial number 12 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
