का.आ. 2950(अ).-भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 80 के खण्ड ( 3 ) के साथ पठित उक्त अनुच्छेद के खण्ड ( 1 ) के उप-खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रपति, नामित सदस्योंकी सेवानिवृत्ति के कारण हुई रिक्तियों को भरने के लिए राज्य सभा में निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को नामित करती हैं , अर्थात्:-
(i) डॉ. अशोक शेखर गांगुली
(ii ) श्री एच के. दुआ
