सं. 4/2009 ( फा. सं. 27/ 10/2005-प्रशा. 1 ग ).- सीमा- शुल्क, उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सेवा कर अपील अधिकरण के सदस्यों ( भर्ती और सेवा शर्तें ) की नियमावली , 1987 के नियम 8 ( 2 ) के अंतर्गत प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में , केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , सीमा- शुल्क, उत्पादं शुल्क एवं सेवा कर अपील अधिकरण में सर्वश्री पी. के. दास और देवेन्द्र नाथ पांडा, सदस्य (न्यायिक ) की परिवीक्षा अवधिको दिनांक 21-11-2008 तक और आगे 21-11-2009 तक बढ़ाते हैं ।

pursuance of the provisions under rule 8 ( 2) of Customs , Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal Members (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1987, the Central Government hereby extends the period of probation ofS/Sh . P. K. Das and Debendranath Panda , Members (Judicial) in Customs , Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal up to 21-11-2008 and further up to 21-11-2009.
