सा.का.नि. 834(अ). महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का अधिनियम सं. 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 6 ) और धारा 10 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकार प्रयुक्त करके , केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , श्री संजीव कौशिक, सचिव ( पत्तन ) , केरल सरकार को श्री एल. राधाकृष्णन , पूर्व सचिव (पत्तन) के स्थान पर दिनांक 31-3-2010 तक कोचीन पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार के पहले के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पोत परिवहन विभाग , पत्तन स्कंध की दिनांक 16 अप्रैल , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 288 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
" क्रम सं. 1 में उल्लिखित शब्दों, श्री एल. राधाकृष्णन, भारतीयं प्रशासनिक सेवा , सचिव ( पत्तन ) , केरल सरकार के प्रतिनिधि को श्री संजीव कौशिक , भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा , सचिव (पत्तन ) , केरल सरकार के प्रतिनिधि शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जाए " ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th November, 2009
G.S.R. 834 (E).-In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) read with sub- section (6) of Section 3 and sub- section (2) of Section 10 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Sanjeev Koushik, Secretary (Ports ) , Government of Kerala as a trustee on the Board of Trustees in the Cochin PortTrust vice Shri L. Radhakrishnan , than Secretary (Ports) up to 31-3-2010 and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways , Department of Shipping ( Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 288 (E) , dated 16thApril, 2008 :-
"Against serial number 1 for the words Shri L. Radhakrishnan , IAS Secretary (Ports) , representing StateGovernment of Kerala the words Shri Sanjeev Koushik, IAS Secretary (Ports ) representing State Government of Kerala shall be substituted " .
