का.आ. 2957(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग विकास और विनियमन अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18छ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , न्यूजप्रिंट नियंत्रण आदेश , 2004 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात्:--
जाए । 1. ( 1 ) इस आदिश को न्यूजप्रिंट नियंत्रण आदेश , 2009 कहा
होगा । (2) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त
2. न्यूजप्रिंट नियंत्रण आदेश , 2004 की अनुसूची में,-
( 1 ) देशी न्यूजप्रिंट विनिर्माताओं की मिल के नाम और अवस्थिति से संबंधित मद 4 में , क्रम सं. 99 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" 100. मैसर्स अरूणा पेपर बोर्ड मिल्स प्राईवेट लिमिटेड , सूर्यारावपालेम , अंदराजावरम्, जिला पश्चिम गोदावरी , आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य । "

टिप्पण: मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र में सं. का.आ. 1105( अ ) ,
तारीख 11 अक्तूबर , 2004 के तहत प्रकाशित किया गया था और भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित दिनांक 20 अगस्त , 2009 के आदेश सं. का.आ. 2156 ( अ) द्वारा बाद में संशोधित किया गया था ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 20th November, 2009
S.O. 2957 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following order to amend the Newsprint Control Order, 2004, namely :-~-~~-
1. (1 ) This Order may be called the Newprint Control (Amendment ) Order, 2009.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Newsprint Control Order , 2004 , in the Schedule,-
(1 ) In item 4 relating to the name of the Mill and Location of the indigenous newsprint manufacturers , after Sl . No. 99 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be added , namely :--
"100. M/s . Aruna Paper Board Mills Private Limited , Suryaraopalem , Undrajavaram , West Godavari District in the State of Andhra Pradesh . "
