का.आ. 2962 (अ). समुद्री क्षेत्र , महाद्वीपीय शेल्फ , अनन्य. आर्थिक क्षेत्र तथा अन्य समुद्री क्षेत्र अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 80 ) (जिसे इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा जाएगा ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा (2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 10 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , इस बात के प्रति संतुष्ट होते हुए कि यह सार्वजनिक हित में आवश्यक है , एतद्वारा दिनांक 11 मई , 2009 के सं. का. आ. 1197 ( अ ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 11 मई, 2009 के विदेश मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना [फा. सं. यूआई/251.1/04/ 2009 ] में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामतः :-
S.O. 2962(E). In exercise ofthe powers conferred bySection 10, read with sub- section (2) ofSection 3 , ofthe Territorial waters , Continental shelf, Exclusive Economic Zone and other Maritime Zones Act, 1976 (80 of 1976) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) , the Central Government on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in theMinistry ofExternal Affairs, No. [ F. No. U1/251.1/04/ 2009] dated the 11th May, 2009 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) vide number S.O. 1197 (E) dated the 11th May, 2009, namely:-
In the said notification ,
उक्त अधिसूचना में,
(i) in the first line of sub- paragraph (a), the phrase "( in Everest Spheroid) " shall be replaced by "[Indian Geodetic Datum ( Everest Ellipsoid 1956)];
(i ) उम-पैरा (क ) की प्रथम लाइन में वाक्यांश " ( एवरेस्ट गोलाभ में) " के स्थान पर [ भारतीय भूगणितीय आधार (एवरेस्ट दीर्घवृत्तज 1956 ) ] प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
( ii ) अनुसूची में " भौगोलिक निर्देशांक " शीर्षक वाली तालिका में " अनुमानित " शब्द को हटा दिया जाएगा;
(ii) the word " Approx . " shall be deleted in the table heading "Geographic Coordinates " in Schedule I ; and
(iii ) अनुसूची II में क्रम सं. 107 के बाद निम्नलिखित रूप में एक नई पंक्ति बनाई जाएगी :
(iii) in Schedule III , a new row shall be inserted after serial number 107 , as follows:-
108-120 अलग से अधिसूचित किया जाएगा

उपर्युक्त संशोधनों को छोड़कर 11 मई , 2009 के उपयुक्त राजपत्र अधिसूचना की विषय - वस्तु वही रहेगी ।
Except the amendments as detailed above, the contents of the aforesaid Gazette Notification of May 11 , 2009 shall remain unchanged.
