विषय: चीन जन, गण. , जापान , यूएसए तथा यूरोपीय संघ से माइका पर्ल पिगमेंट के आयातों से संबंधित पाटनरोधी जांच की निर्णायक समीक्षा ।
सं. 15/5/2009-डीजीएडी. निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी 1995 में यथासंशोधित सीमा- शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 एवं सीमा- शुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान , उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन एवं संग्रहण तथा क्षति निर्धारण ) नियम , 1995 को ध्यान में रखते हुए दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 2009 को जारी जांच शुरुआत अधिसूचना ( निर्णायक समीक्षा ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं ।
उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में पैराग्राफ सं. 4 को संशोधित किया जाता है, जिसे निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाए :-
वर्तमान निर्णायक समीक्षा में शामिल भू- भाग/देश यूएसए तथा यूरोपीय संघ हैं ( जिन्हें एतपश्चात् सम्बद्ध देश कहा गया है ) ।
उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में जापान एवं/ अथवा चीन जन. गण. के संबंध में उल्लिखित अन्य सभी संदर्भ भी हटाए जाते हैं ।
उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना की अन्य सभी विषय - वस्तु अपरिवर्तित
रहेगी ।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 20th November , 2009
Subject: Sunset Review ofAnti- Dumping investigations concerning imports of Mica Pearl Pigment from China PR, Japan , USA and European Union .
No. 15/5/2009-DGAD.--The Designated Authority , having regard to the Customs Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and the Customs Tariff ( Identification , Assessment andCollection ofAnti - Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules , 1995, hereby makes the following amendment in the initiation notification (Sunset Review) issued on 15th October , 2009,
In the above said notification , paragraph no . 4 is amended to read as follows:-
The territories/ countries involved in the present Sunset Review are USA and European Union . (Referredto as subject countries hereinafter) .
All other references to Japan and/ or China PR in the said notification also stand deleted.
All other contents of the said notification shall remain unchanged.
