का.आ. 2964(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, पर्यावरण (संरक्षण ) अधिनियम, 1986 (1986 का 29) की धारा 23 द्वारा प्रदत् शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 के अधीन उसमें निहित शक्तियों का प्रत्यायोजन अधिसूचना सं. 2495(अ) तारीख 30 सितम्बर, 2009 द्वारा गठित झारखंड राज्य गंगा नदी संरक्षण प्राधिकरण को ऐसी शर्तों के अधीन कि उपर्युक्त अधिनियम के अधीन इसके कृत्यों के संबंध में किसी रिपोर्ट, विवरणी सांख्यिकी, लेखे और अन्य जानकारी देने की अपेक्षा ऐसा प्राधिकरण किसी व्यक्ति या अधिकारी या अन्य प्राधिकरण से अपेक्षा करेगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) , the Central Government hereby delegates the power vested in it under section 20 of the said Act to the West Bengal State Ganga River Conservation Authority constituted by it vide notification number S.O. 2494 (E) , dated the

S.O. 2965 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 19 of the Environment ( Protection ) Act, 1986 ( 29 of 1986 ) , the Central Government hereby authorises the West Bengal State Ganga River Conservation Authority constituted by it vide notification number S.O. 2494 (E ) , dated the 30th September . 2009 or any authority or officer authorised by such Authority for the purpose of filing complaint for taking cognizance of any offence under the said Act .
