का.आ. 2971(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग, संख्या-2 के कि.मी. 44.200 से कि.मी. 93.800 तक के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/छः लेन का बनाने , आदि) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारी ( शहरी सम्पदा), फरीदाबाद (हरियाणा ) को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारियों के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।
S.O. 2971 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Land Acquisition Officer, (Urban Estate) , Faridabad (Haryana) as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date ofpublication ofthis notification in the Official Gazette, in respect ofthe stretch of land from Km 44.200 to Km. 93.800 ofNH -2 for building (widening/six-laning,etc. ) , maintenance , management and operation of the National Highway No. 2 in the State of Haryana.
