का.आ. 2973(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 (1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 514( अ ) , तारीख 7 अप्रैल , 2006 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 7 अप्रैल , 2006 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, जिला " सोनीपत " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 2 ) में , प्रविष्टि " जिला राजस्व अधिकारी , सोनीपत' के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " भूमि अर्जन अधिकारी , पानीपत " रखी जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 23rd November , 2009
S.O. 2973(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport and Highways) , number S. O. 514 (E) , dated the 7th April , 2006, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section ( ii ), dated the 7th April, 2006, namely:-
Inthe Schedule to the said notification , against serial number 1 , relating to District " Sonepat " , in column (2), for the entry "District Revenue Officer , Sonepat " , the entry "Land Acquisition . Officer , Panipat " shall be substituted.
