सा.का.नि. 843(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 53 ) की धारा 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , नोटरी नियम , 1956 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम नोटरी ( तीसरा संशोधन ) नियम, 2009 है ।
(2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे 1
सा.का.नि. 330 ( अ ) तारीखा 9 मई , 2001 , सा.का.नि. 460(अ ) तारीख 25 जून , 2001 , सा.का.नि. 467 ( अ ) तारीख 9 जून , 2003 , सा.का.नि. 296 ( अ ) तारीख 19 मई , 2006 , सा.का.नि. 441 ( अ ) तारीख 24 जुलाई 2009 , सा.का.नि. 501 ( अ ) तारीख 24 अगस्त , 2006 , सा.का.नि. 73 ( अ ) तारीख 9 फरवरी , 2007 , सा.का.नि. 86 (अ ) तारीख 14 फरवरी , 2007 और सा.का.नि. 330 (अ ) तारीख 8 मई, 2007 के साथ पठित , सा.का.नि. 319 ( अ ) तारीख 1 मई, 2007 , सा. का.नि. 686 ( अ ) तारीख 31 अक्तूबर , 2007 , सा.का. नि. 51 ( अ ) तारीख 23 जनवरी , 2008 , सा. का.नि. 636 (अ) तारीख 3 सितम्बर , 2008 , सा.का.नि. 764 (अ) तारीख 3 नवम्बर , 2008 , सा.का. निं. 114 ( अ ) तारीख 24 फरवरी 2009 , और सा.का.नि. 700 ( अ ) तारीख 24 सितम्बर 2009 , द्वारा संशोधित किए गए थे ।
2. नोटरी नियम , 1956 और इससे उपाबद्ध प्ररूप 2ख में (राज्य " भारत सरकार का अपर सचिव/सरकार का सचिव का नाम ) " शब्दों और कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर " सक्षम प्राधिकारी (नोटरी ) भारत सरकार सरकार का सचिव नाम ) " शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे । ( राज्य का

G.S.R. 843(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (53 of 1952) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules furtherto amend the Notaries Rules , 1956 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Notaries (Third Amendment) Rules, 2009 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
