सं. टीएएमपी/ 37/2005-आईएसएचपीएल. महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 48 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, महापत्तन प्रशुल्क प्राधिकरण , एतद्वारा इन्टरनेशनल सीपोर्ट्स ( हल्दिया ) प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के प्रचलित दरमान की वैधता को संलग्न आदेशानुसार विस्तारित करता है ।

(अक्तूबर , 2009 के 23वें दिन पारित)
इन्टरनेशनल सीपोर्ट्स ( हल्दिया ) प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ( आईएसएचपीएल ) के प्रचलित दरमान को 31 मार्च , 2009 तक वैधतावाली अवधि के साथ निर्धारित किया गया था । दरमान की वैधता को दिनांक 28 जुलाई , 2009 के आदेश के द्वारा विस्तारित किया गया था जो 22 अगस्त, 2009 के राजपत्र संख्या जी -151 के द्वारा भारंत के राजपत्र में अधिसूचित किया गया है ।
2. आईएसएचपीएल के द्वारा दाखिल प्रस्ताव को प्रशुल्क मामला के रूप में पंजीकृत किया गया है और निर्धारित परामर्शी प्रक्रिया को शुरू कर दी गयी है ।
3. इसलिए , यह प्राधिकरण आईएसएचपीएल के प्रचलित दरमान की वैधता को 31 मार्च, 2010 तक या आईएसएचपीएल के प्रशुल्क के सामान्य संशोधन के प्रस्ताव , पर पारित आदेश की कार्यान्वयन के प्रभावी तिथि तक, इसमें से जो भी पहले हों विस्तारित करता है ।
4. इसके निष्पादन की समीक्षा के दौरान , यदि 1 अप्रैल , 2009 के बाद वाली अवधि में स्वीकार्य लागत और अनुमेय प्रतिलाभ से अधिक कोई अतिरिक्त अधिशेष उभरता है तो उसे निर्धारित किये जाने वाले प्रशुल्क में पूर्णरूपेण समायोजित किया जाएगा ।

TARIFF AUTHORITY FOR MAJOR PORTS
NOTIFICATION
Mumbai , the 24th November , 2009
No. TAMP/37/2005- ISHPL . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 48 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby extends the validity of the existing Scale of Rates at Interna- tional Sea Ports ( Haldia ) Private Limited , as in the Order appended hereto.

ORDER
(Passed on this, the 23rd day of October , 2009)
This existing Scale of Rates (SOR ) of International Seaports ( Haldia ) Private Ltd. ( ISHPLL ) was prescribed with a validity period till 31st March, 2009. The validity ofthe SOR was extended till 31st October, 2009 vide Order dated 28th July, 2009which is notified in the Gazette of India on 22nd August , 2009 vide G.No.151 ..
2. The proposal filed by ISHPL is registered as tariff case and the usual consultative procedure prescribed is initiated.
3. This Authority , therefore, extends the validity of the existing Scale of Rates of ISHPL till 31st March , 2010 or till the effective date of implementation of the Order to be passed on the proposal of ISHPL for general review of its tariff, whichever is earlier
4. Ifany additional surplus over and above the admissible cost and permissible return emerges for the period post 1stApril , 2009 , during the review of its performance , such additional surplus will be set off fully in the tariff to be determined.
