by sub-section (I) of Section 3A of National Highways

Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby

makes the following amendments in the notification of the'

Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport

and Highways, number SO. 2573(E), dated the 9th October,

2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,

Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the

9th October, 2009, namely :—

In the Hindi version of the Schedule to the said

notification,—

in column (8), for the heading "Area (in square

meters)", the heading "Area (in acres)" shall be

substituted;
