का.आ. 3062(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, रासायनिक आयुध अभिसमय अधिनियम , 2000 ( 2000 का 34 ) की धारा 6 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से का.आ. 1490( अ) , तारीख 13 सितम्बर , 2006 में संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:---
उक्तअधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 2 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:--
" 2. डॉ. जी. नरेन्द्र कुमार -निदेशक (संयुक्त सचिव , राष्ट्रीय रासायनिक आयुध अभिसमय प्राधिकरण) । "

New Delhi , the 25th November , 2009
S.O. 3062 (E) . In pursuance of the provisions of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 6 of the Chemical Weapons Convention Act , 2000 (34 of2000) , the Central Government hereby amends the notification vide S.O. 1490(E ) , dated the 13th September , 2006 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , namely:-
In the said notification , for serial number 2 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted , namely :
"2. Dr. G. Narender Kumar Director ( Joint Secretary ,
National Authority for Chemical Weapons. Convention) ."
