का.आ. 3063(अ). केन्द्र सरकार , राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक आयोग अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 का 19 ) की धारा 3 (2 ) , 4( 1 ) और 4(4 ) के साथ पठित धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) यथा संशोधित राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक आयोग ( संशोधन ) अधिनियम , 1995 ( 1995 का 44 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , सुश्री सईदा बिलग्रामी इमाम को उक्त आयोग के सदस्य के रूप में वर्तमान रिक्ति पर उनके द्वारा कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से 3 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए नामित करती है ।

S.O. 3063 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred bysub-section( 1 ) ofSection 3 read with 3(2), 4 ( 1 ) and4(4) ofthe National Commission for Minorities Act , 1992 (19 of 1992) as amended vide the National Commission for Minorities(Amendment ) Act, 1995 (44 of 1995), the Central Government hereby nominates Ms. Syeda Bilgrami Imam as Member of the said Commission in the existing vacancy, for a period of three years from the date of assumption of office by her .
