का.आ. 3065(अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार, पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1533 (अ ) , तारीख 14 सितम्बर , 2006 के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 948 ( अ ) , तारीख 12 जून, 2007 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 6 में , क्र. सं. 6 के सामने आने वाली प्रविष्टियोंमें " जूनियर टेक्नीकल आफिसर एवं अवर सचिव " शब्दों के स्थान पर " ज्येष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी और अवर सचिव " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st December, 2009
S.O. 3065 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance ofthe notification of the Government of India Ministry of Envioronment and Forests number S.O. 1533 ( E) , dated the 14th September , 2006, the Central Govemment hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 948 ( E) , dated the 12th June , 2007 namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 6 in the entries occurring aganist serial number 6, and the entries relating for the words " Jr. Technical Officer and Under Secretary " , thewords "Senior Technical Officer and Under Secretary" , shall be substituted .
