का.आ. 3066(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1533 ( अ ) , तारीख 14 सितम्बर , 2006 के अनुसरण में , भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1105 ( अ ) , तारीख 4 जुलाई, 2007 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 6 में, क्र. सं. 10 के सामने आने वाली प्रविष्टियों में " सदस्य " शब्द के स्थान पर " सचिव " शब्द रखा जायेगा ।

NOTIFICATION

S.O. 3066( E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Environment and Forests number S.O. 1533 ( E) , dated the 14th September , 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India , Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 1105 ( E) , dated the 4th July, 2007 , namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 6 in the entries occurring aganist serial number 10, for the word " Member ", the word " Secretary " , shall be substituted.
