सा.का.नि. 852(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 53 ) की धारा 15 के अधीन बनाए गए नोटरी नियम, 1956 के नियम 4 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार के विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय ( विधि कार्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक सा.का.नि. 229( अ ) , तारीख 23 मार्च , 2007 के अधिक्रमण में , केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त किए जाने वाले नोटरियों के संबंध में उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजनों के लिए भारत सरकार , विधि कार्य विभाग , विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय में श्रीमती पूनम सूरी , सहायक विधि सलाहकार को अधिकारी के रूप में अभिहित करती है ।
G.S.R. 852(E) . In pursuance ofsub- rule ( 1) of rule 4ofthe Notaries Rules , 1956 made under Section 15 of the NotariesAct, 1952 (53 of 1952) and in supersession ofthe Notification ofGovernment of India in the Ministry ofLaw and Justice (Department of Legal Affairs ) number G.S.R. 229 (E ) , dated the 23rd March, 2007 , the Central Government hereby designates Smt . Poonam Suri , Assistant LegalAdviser to the Government of India, in the Department ofLegal Affairs , Ministry of Law and Justice as the officer for the purposes of the said rules in relation to notaries to be appointed by the Central Government .
2. यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त
होगी ।
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
