का.आ. 3077(अ).-जीव जन्तु क्रूरता निवारण अधिनियम, 1960 ( 1960 का 59 ) की धारा 5क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2005( अ ) , तारीख 29 नवम्बर , 2007 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन एतदद्वारा करती है , नामशः:-
2. केन्द्रीय सरकार धारा 5 ( 1 ) ( ख ग ) के अधीन एतद्वारा मेजर जनरल ( सेवानिवृत्त ) डॉ. आर. एम. खरब , के स्थान पर संयुक्त सचिव ( पशु कल्याण ) पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय , को (क्रम. सं. 4 ) पर सदस्य के रूप में मनोनीत करती है।
3. धारा 5 ( 1 ) ( खग ) के अधीन डॉ. आर. एम. खरब , की सदस्यता , को धारा 5 ( 1 ) ( ग ) के अधीन डॉ. वी. एन. अप्पाजी राव , सदस्य, ( क्रम सं. 7 ) के स्थान पर परिवर्तित किया जाता है।

टिप्पण : भारतीय जीव जन्तु कल्याण बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन करते हुए, इससे पहले दिनांक 29 नवम्बर , 2007 को अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2005 ( अ ) , द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र में अधिसूचना प्रकाशित की गई थी।

MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND FORESTS NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th November, 2009
S.O. 3077 ( E ) --In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sections ( 1 ) and (2) of Section 5A of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act , 1960 (59 of 1960) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 2005 (E) , dated the 29thNovember , 2007, namely:-
2. The Central Government hereby nominates Joint Secretary (Animal Welfare ) , Ministry of Environment and Forest as Member , under Section 5 ( 1 ) (bc) in place of Maj . Gen. (Retd. ) Dr. R. M. Kharb (Sr. No. 4).
3. Membership of Dr. R. M. Kharb is changed from Member under Section 5 ( 1 ) (bc) to Member under Section 5(1) (c) in place of Dr. V. N. Appaji Rao ( Sr. No. 7) .
