विषय : छोटे उपभोक्ता पैक में खाद्य तेल के निर्यात के लिए अनुमति के संबंध में ।
का.आ. 3080(अ). विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2009-2014 के पैराग्राफ 1.3 और पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22) की धारा 3 (2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , समय - समय पर यथा संशोधित, अधिसूचना संख्या 33 ( आर ई -2008 )/2004-2009 , दिनांक 19अगस्त, 2008, अधिसूचना संख्या 98 ( आर ई-2008 )/2004-2009, दिनांक 17-3-2009 और अधिसूचना संख्या 04/2004 2009,दिनांक 4-9-2009 के साथः पठित अधिसूचना संख्या 60 ( आर ई- 2008 )/2004-2009 , दिनांक 20 नवम्बर , 2008 को तत्काल प्रभाव से संशोधित करती है ।
2. अधिसूचना सं. 60 ( आर ई-2008 )/2004-2009 , दिनांक 20-11-2008 के पैरा 2 ( i ) को तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है :-
" ( i ) 1-11-2009 से 31-10-2010 के दौरान 10,000 टन तककी सीमा के मद्दे 5 किग्रा. तक के ब्रांडिड युक्त उपभोक्ता पैक में खाद्य तेलों के निर्यात को अनुमत किया जाता है । ऐसे निर्यात केवल सीमाशुल्क ई डी आई पत्तनों से अनुमत होंगे । " 3. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

Subject : Permission for export of edible oil in small consumer packs---- regarding.
S.O. 3080 ( E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3 (2 ) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation ) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign TradePolicy, 2009-2014, the Central Government hereby amends , with immediate effect , Notification No. 60 (RE-2008 )/2004-2009, dated 20th November , 2008 read with Notification No. 33 ( RE - 2008 )/2004-2009 , dated 19thAugust, 2008 , Notification No. 98 ( RE -2008)/2004-2009, dated 17-3-2009 , and Notification No. 04/2009-2014 , dated 4-9-2009 , as amended from time to time .
2. With immediate effect Para 2 ( i ) of Notification No. 60 ( RE - 2008 )/2004-2009 , dated 20-11-2008 stands substituted as following :----
"( i) The export of edible oils is permitted in branded consumer packs of up to 5 Kgs . subject to a limit of not exceeding 10,000 tons during 1-11-2009 to 31-10-2010 . Such exports shall be allowed only from Customs EDI Ports . "
