का.नि.आ. 19(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, सशस्त्र बल अधिकरण अधिनियम, 2007 ( 2007 का 55 ) की धारा 5 की उप- धारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 7 दिसम्बर , 2009 से कोच्ची में सशस्त्र बल अधिकरण की न्यायपीठ को अधिसूचित करती है , जिसकी अधिकारिता केरल और कर्नाटक राज्यों तथा संघ राज्यक्षेत्र लक्षद्वीप की राज्यक्षेत्रीय सीमाओं के भीतर होगी ।

S.R.O. 19(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (4) of Section 5 ofthe Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 (55 of 2007) , the Central Government hereby notifies the Bench of the Armed Forces Tribunal at Kochi with effect from 7th day of December , 2009 , which shall havejurisdiction within the territorial limits of the States of Kerala and Karnataka and Union territory of Lakshadweep.
