सा.का.नि. 857(अ) .-गैस सिलेंडर नियमावली , 2004 में संशोधन हेतु कुछ विशेष नियमों के लिए निम्नलिखित मसौदे को, जिन्हें भारत सरकार विस्फोटक नियम , 1884 ( 1884 का 4 ) की धारा 5 और 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बनाना चाहती है , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 18 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अनुसार जैसा अपेक्षित है इसके द्वारा प्रभावित होने की संभावना वाले सभी लोगों के सूचनार्थ , एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है और एतद्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि उक्त मसौदा नियमों पर तब विचार किया जाएगा जब सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित इस अधिसूचना की प्रतियां जनता को उपलब्ध कराए हुए पैंतालीस दिन हो जाएंगे ।
भेजे जाएं ; आपत्तियां या सुझाव संयुक्त सचिव , औद्योगिक नीति और संवर्धन विभाग , वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय , उद्योग भवन , नई दिल्ली को
किसी भी व्यक्ति से उक्त मसौदा नियमों के बारे में निर्धारित तारीख से पहले प्राप्त सभी आपत्तियों या सुझावों पर केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा ।
1 . ( 1 ) इन नियमों को मसौदा गैस सिलेंडर ( संशोधन ) नियमावली , 2009 कहा जाएगा,
(2) ये उस दिन से प्रभावी होंगे , जिस दिन इन्हें सरकारी राजपत्र में अंतिम स्वरूप में प्रकाशित किया जाएगा ।
गैस सिलेंडर नियमावली , 2004 में, खंड ( viii ) में नियम 2 में " मीथेन " शब्द के बाद " अथवा हाइड्रोजन और मीथेन के 2. उपयुक्त मिश्रण " शब्द जोड़े जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 3rd December , 2009
G.S.R. 857 ( E) .--The following draft of certain rules to amend the Gas Cylinder Rules , 2004 , which the Central Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 and 7 of Explosives Act , 1884 (4 of 1884) is hereby published as required by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 18 of the said act for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules shall be taken into consideration forty - five days after the copies of this notification published in Official Gazette is made available to the public;
Theobjections or suggestions may be sent to the Joint Secretary , Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion and Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Udyog Bhavan , New Delhi ;
Any objections or suggestions received from any person with respect to the said draft rules , before the date so specified will be considered by the Central Government .
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called Draft Gas Cylinders ( Amendment) Rules , 2009 ,
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Gas Cylinders Rules , 2004, in rule 2 in clause ( viii ) after the word "Methane " , the words " or suitable mixtures of Hydrogen and Methane" shall be inserted .
