सा.का.नि. 859(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 20/2006- सीमा- शुल्क, तारीख । मार्च , 2006 , जोकि भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में, सं. सा.का.नि. 92 ( अ ) , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2006 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में, क्रम सं. 4 के सामने , स्तंभ (3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , प्रविष्टि " उर्वरक और उर्वरकों के विनिर्माण में उपयोग के लिए सभी कच्चा माल/निवेश " प्रतिस्थापित कीजाएगी ।

New Delhi , the 3rd December , 2009 No. 130/2009-Customs
G.S.R. 859 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 25 ofthe Customs Act, 1962(52 of1962) , the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 20/2006- Customs, dated the 1st March , 2006 , which was published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R. 92(F) , dated the 1stMarch , 2006,namely:
In the said notification , in the Table , against S. No. 4, for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry , " Fertilizers and all inputs / raw materials for use in the manufacture of fertilizers " shall be substituted .
