सं. 6/3/2008 - बागान ( ग ) रबड़ अधिनियम , 1947 (1947 का 24) के खण्ड 6क के उप- खण्ड ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए , सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा श्री वी. श्रीकुमारन नायर को वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय ( वाणिज्य विभाग ) के अंतर्गत, प्रतिनियुक्ति आधार पर , अगला आदेश होने तक सचिव , रबड़ बोर्ड , कोट्टायम ( उप सचिव स्तर ) के रूप में नियुक्त किया जाता है ।

No. 6 /3 /2008 - Plant ( C) . In exercise of powers conferredby sub - section (2 ) of Section 6A of Rubber Act , 1947 (24 of 1947) the Competent Authority is pleasedto appoint Shri V. Sreekumaran Nair as Secretary, Rubber Board, Kottayam ( Deputy Secretary Level ) under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) on deputation basis until further orders .
